Well, i took that first step. I met with a real estate agent today. We just got together to meet and so that she could get a general idea of what I am looking for. Now I have to meet with a mortgage broker and see what kind of money I can get. It's kinda scarey and exciting all in one. I'm not sure exactly what I want but this way I can atleast look and get some ideas. Hopefully by fall I will be in my own place. We will see. I will keep everyone posted
